>>1383335It's easy. I'll do it step by step.
1. Open image.
2. Use polygon selecting tool to select the skin.
3. Go to adjustment layers ---> Hue/stuation and click colorize.
4. Play with the colors until you are satisfied with the coloring
4. Set it to Hard Light and then duplicate and set to Multiply.
5. For hair if it's a lighter color or a more difficult color, sselect the hair go to adjustment layers ---> hue/saturation and select the colorize box. After that, set it to color and play with it until you get it to a nice color. then duplicate and set to multiply and play with the color if needed.
6. Eyes pretty much same.
