well alright. Apparently I was at the wrong place. I went to
http://pochi.x.fc2.com/k_kisekae2.html instead of
http://pochi.lix.jp/k_kisekae2.html so it gave me a different version or something (pic related was all the shirt options on that one).
Going to the proper page and all my imports work fine. That was weird
