Conclusions so far, neg sagging breasts only helps straighten the top if they have some sag to begin with. Perky_breasts helps but also makes them pointy, and can sometimes push above horizontal when used at full strength. Underbust is very reliable but only works with dresses and other clothing, and will change the design.
