Apparently it's about a girl (Sachiko) who gets reincarnated in 19th Century England by the creepy doll thing beside her after she and her parents were brutally murdered.
Apparently they wanted to make a story with a darker atmosphere this time around, and that the shameful scenes will be "taken too far". I assume they'll clarify on that later, but I'm hoping there's not any ryona/guro stuff in it, considering the sprites of the enemies she seems to be facing.
