The free 7th Anniversary Deco can also be upgraded to a universal POW [50% chance when receiving, Opponent's POW -45%], so you could lean a little more on TEC P-skills/EX Lotions, etc., if you decide to max that deco (you can get up to 3 copies). So there are options you can go for (not just for Koharu).
