>>1358697Well, random encounters scale to your level, so yes, you can end up fighting high tier monsters with basic abilities and equipment if you don't take a "break" to advance the story. Personally I would recommend only grinding if you lose a story battle more than twice, and even then a minor strategy change might be better.
