Alright here we go. So first what I did is go Google translate and got:

So we start first with the obvious things. Pasu is pass. Bijutsu means art, so Google is probably right about it talking about an art museum. Keta suji from our experience of cracking passwords probably means an amount of numbers, and yon means 4, so we might need a 4 number pass. Now this is the extent of my vocab so leaving the rest to Google by translating singular words or phrases, we get that nani gatsu and nani ni Chika-ra really do mean something about what and when. Then we translate tenji kettei and it's something about a decision. Now since these models are from Touken Ranbu who are basically ancient swords turned into people, we can probably safely guess that Google was right that "Shi Shita Shiro and Shiro Saito" is being exhibited at the museum.
