Women bound, their breasts exposed, ashamed but unable to cover up

This is a rare one, it's impossible to find pics like these, but the gist is that a woman is bound by the wrists usually in a literal dungeon and she's partially clothed, but her breasts have been exposed against her will for anyone to see or grope. The best example of this I know of is the dungeon scene with the Baroness in The Witcher 2. It's the fact that she's ashamed of being exposed but powerless to cover up. Another good example is the shower scene with Nami in the Thriller Bark arc of One Piece.
