i cropped out a 1024x1024 square (just to be sure it doesn't fuck up since i know that sdxl doesn't like certain resolutions), i described what's already present in the image, then at the beginning of my description i put "holding knife, knife"
i masked her hand, mask mode: whole picture, masked content: original, sampler: euler a turbo, and i set denoise to 0.7, clicked generate
https://files.catbox.moe/2drud8.jpgthose are the attempts i've made, the first one was bad because my mask was bad, i made the mask a bit larger but the fingers were messed up and it ate too much of her dress. i drew a new mask that was vertically shorter and horizontally wider - leaving space for the knife but not too much space so that it won't affect her dress. last result in that grid is what i used, you can see it left a seam. in order to smooth it out i sent the image into img2img, set denoise to 0.2 and clicked generate, that has slightly changed the entire 1024x1024 crop but more or less has gotten rid of the seam. next i put the image back into the original one in photoshop and then used eraser to delete everything in the crop except for the area with the knife - since that's the only area i wanted to change
next i wanted to get one of her breasts out and remove the strap. using a method i just described i inpainted her breast, used the spot healing brush in photoshop to get rid the strap, then plugged the image into img2img at 0.25 denoise to get rid of the seam left over from inpainting her breast and removing the strap. then as described before i put the crop back into photoshop and erased everything except the area around her breast and shoulder
