WIth 15 images you can already make something decent.
The secret with low dataset is carefully and manually tag the images to make sure it doesn't learn anything unnecessary or mistakes.
What you are asking for is perfectly doable. However understand the amount of work and effort it takes to make an accuratte lora from a single image and generate with it a decent image, is a bit above the average effort required to fulfill a request
Not that is impossible, but you need to have interest in doing it
