Try this workaround: Install the flash projector from here:
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/12/flashplayer_12_sa.dmg

Then run the script, ignoring the errors. go to the folder inside called 'Resources', and into the OS X folder from there. open the file 'command.sh' in a text editor, copy the contents starting with 'file:///' all the way to the end of the file. Open the flash projector you downloaded and paste that text into the open dialogue.
... or, do what I did and make Linux Mint dual-boot with OS X.
