PPP, I feel for you ma'am. I hope that people learn to accept transgendered persons some day, or at least you have friends and/or family that accept you. I'd recommend against surgery though, I've heard it is pretty dangerous, and doesn't fully work, at least with modern human techniques, and none of the Great Old Ones that I know provide that service for a reasonable cost.
