I personally dont care a fuck about namefags (I'm one too after all), but to be honest, people who add their email address and act like they are here for the attention are annoying.
I like using a name for many reasons. One is that if I make a thread as anonymous, post one picture, and take 5min to post more pictures people come and blame you for requesting, because they think the OP picture and the other pictures are posted by different persons. So if I use a name, that doesnt happen.
Also, I like to talk to people who use names, because its sometimes good to know if the person who replies back is the same person you wrote to or not.
But really, there's only few things I dont like about /e/:
1. people who dont read the rules (requests, hentai and so on)
2. People who complain about threads they dont like
3. People who complain about things that doesnt matter.
But if anyone here has been to 420chan, they have the best name system. Everyone there has a name that changes every 24 hours or so. And the ID is visible for everyone too.
