First you install the basic 3dmigoto framework needed for all mods to work
https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/13255-doaxvv-base-costume-3d-vision-mod-supportThe link above mentions an all in one pack to get you started but it's pretty ancient at this point so I wouldn't bother sticking to it other than just getting a glimpse of how the mod folders are organized.
Then you want to find an updated d3dx file on the forums and replace the one that was included above. There are a couple of these floating around in various modder threads, but Teddy's thread is pretty reliable.
This is the file that you'll likely replace every so often when mods break in batches and not individually.
After that the rest is drag and drop. Organize your folders nice and neat for easy potential troubleshooting.
Find a nude skin for the girl you like. You've got various types from different modders to pick from. Hi-metal, Jenovate, Maroskin, Krunkdunk, Lunatic Dawn, and more I'm surely forgetting.
Once you have a skin installed you'll need a costume mod so you can actually see it properly. Something simple like making the basic starter bikini invisible, or perhaps an edit to a specific SSR costume. Square bikini invisible mod so girls are nude in the gacha shower paired with a mod that removes the gacha shower doors, etc. Once again that Teddy thread will help you out.
The biggest and most popular mod is CostumeCustomizer, that however is a whole nother rabbit hole for you to look into.
A modmanager for VV is also available. Lets you pull some mods from LL too without needing to browse the forums, however not everything on the forums is on there and some of those older mods are surely slightly broken. So ideally you'd use both the modmanager and manually browse the forums.
