2) If NG, get rotation from the <+カメラtest> bone instead.
3) Also try getting the whole matrix from the <+カメラtest> bone to see what it changes.
4) If none of the above produces the desired result: PMD does not support bone morphs, so switch to PMX and get the rotation from <+カメラ> (use <カメラ> for position if approach 3 changes the output in any way, otherwise the <+カメラ> matrix will work alone), then just use the RevertMatrix morph to manually realign the matrix.
