(1) seems very out of place.
(2) more common in ENF to have external factor forcing MC to be naked
(3) Accident can be sexy and seems mostly common in ENF
(4) Exhibitionist and is debatable as either one of the scene could match into other categories depending on scenario.
Summary on my thought : (2)External factor and (3) accident seems like a more likely scene for a good ENF. A little bit of (4) Exhibitionist would be fine depending on how the script/story is written.
