>>2704694not that guy, but I'd say that the chapter of Unlucky SUKEBE by Guglielmo with the girl at the beach who forgets to bring panties (not the one pictured) is a fine example of what we're talking about here. She never expected to end up exposing herself, and when she does it's totally an accident, but the setup and the malfunction itself are both a result of her own carelessness.
