Any one of them, though Leina specifically. That body type that the characters have is perfect, especially Leina and Tomoe. Busty and curvy without being too comical or ridiculous. I would probably just be how I normally am. I imagine it'd be a long time before I'd end up in a relationship, considering I'd be getting used to being female. As far as sexuality goes, probably bi. I don't really know why, but gut feeling says I could go either way, while as a male I just don't have any interest in men.
