I never heard of a forced pilgrimage, so I did a little googling and, I´ve found this little gem of information:

Seems like a great idea for an ENF story. A girl is sentenced to take a long pilgrimage naked and she tries to sneak her way across a medieval fantasy world. However, she still needs to collect signatures from the places she visits to have proof of her journey, so she´ll be forced to go into the open to ask the scandalized priests and worshipers to sign her book.
