They don't grow out of their clothes, but their outfits constantly shrink/dissolve over time, and their power comes from MOE (or in this case, getting embarrassed over the fact that they're gonna be seen naked).
...I need to find that show again. This is mostly just a .gif of the main girl's last bit of clothing disappearing.
