It's got some smut, but is mostly an 'uplift a low-tech magic society using modern knowledge' sort of story, using some sci-fi elements to help set that up. It's a good read I'd say, and it's finished its first book and well into the second.
It uses first person for the main character and third person for everyone else, and uses character tags for any PoV other than the main character. I've said before that your method of using first person for every PoV really helps get into their head for the ENF moments so I wouldn't say to change that, but of the stories I've read Wisher Beware handles character tags pretty well.
