I imagine that at least Medea needs to approve of this. Not that I think there is any reason to for her to object. But maybe the other cabin-mates might object.
Who knows Lisa could object because that would be one more person that she would have to share Aria's snuggle at night. Erika could be a little jealous and/or afraid that she will be sidelined by Jill (Erika seems to love having intimate moments with Aria after all)
