I'm still fence sitting on the whole Tifa being beaten by Aranea, the strongest piece of evidence being that Aranea's leather outfit really restricts them. However even in the Tifa over the years pic you posted I think that Tifa wins just from that Ehrgeiz picture alone. But the jury's still out.
Now something crazy that I realized about 2 seconds after I hit post was I have no idea what any of the original characters from that Xenoverse game or Fighterz game look like. There could be some knockout from either that I just have no knowledge of because I've never played them. Then I remembered that new Android they made, 21 who everyone was making a fuss about for a minute. I checked the wiki and again she's nothing to write home about, but there's a mode she enters into called evil mode or something and it makes her look a lot like Buu. I have no idea what's going on there, but if anyone knows about characters from spin-off Dragon Ball content that I don't know about with large mammaries I'd appreciate it. This of course opens up another part of the discussion that I barely even want to have about forms. It makes my head hurt just thinking about it, but now I'm thinking about how to treat different forms a character can take, especially anyone who transforms or has the ability to shape shift. Fuck, maybe it's best to leave that can of worms closed.
For now though, without anyone else I've ever seen Toriyama draw anyone with this girth, so I'll give it to Android 21 for now. But even at this level she's still nothing to write home about
