I've been struggling with weight loss for years, partly due to laziness and difficulty maintaining motivation, and partly because I don't have very good eating habits, and it's been difficult for me to break them so far. I like the idea of trying to go for a different dopamine boost when a craving arises, although brcause I work full-time, that's really only practical for me on my days off.
All else aside, I appreciate your insight into this and your suggestion for how to minimize cheating on diets.
