The main guy and the young girl go to spy on the event and once everyone inside is blindfolded the staff revert to their natural form, grotesque beast creatures that feed on the youth of the guests to maintain their own appearances. It's a gradual process and once they've had their fill they discard the dead husks and start anew. When the guy and girl try to sneak away they're caught by a sentry who kidnaps the girl who's seen too much and carries her off. The main guy decides to go full Rambo and starts building spears, knives, bows, and axes with whatever he can find and battles his way into the main lair the beasts live deep below the island. The island itself is a pocket dimension where the monsters live and they abduct young party goers from the only way in and out, a single interdimensional warp in the center of the lair. The main guy has to kill the monsters and save not just the girl but also as many of the guests as possible and bring everyone home.
