>>1843562The way the game is mapped out, basically every event is repeatable and can be accessed to as long as you don't leave the city. Think of them as quests for MMOs. Nobody said Melody has to be faithful to one single job.
>>1843570Your vote tied with Saki's idea. But I was starting that part already and it was about done at the time of your vote. Sorry.
>>1843513I can’t let Aria take that abuse, but this is a job and we need the money. As bad as she might feel, we’re literally doing this to survive. I’ll take a half-measure.
“Um… excuse me?” I jump in. It ended up coming out a bit more mild that I hoped for.
“What is it? I’m busy right now” Lisa answers coldly.
“I couldn’t help but overhear what was going on, and I think I have a solution for the problem…”
“So do I. I’m firing this girl. Also, proposing solutions is not what you’re paid for. You’re wasting time, get back to work.”
She doesn’t even bother to look at me, and keeps staring down Aria with her arms crossed, who doesn’t react to the fact I jumped out to her rescue; and just keeps her teary eyes fixed on the floor with her hands fidgeting on her short skirt. I still continue ignoring Lisa’s clear indication that she wants me to go away.
“I could switch jobs with her. Most of the café is clean already anyways. I think I could do well as a waitress.”
“Nonsense. You’re doing just fine as a Buneary girl, save for that screw up at the beginning. And Gloria is too busy right now; we can’t go into her office to get you a new uniform.”
That would be a problem. There is no way in hell my suit is fitting Aria, and in exchange, if I tried her maid outfit it would simply slip off me. Not to mention that would mean to wear the underwear she was just using.
