>>1875744You don't have to fill requests. Most drawthreads you can just post something you've drawn and ask for someone to redline it for you. Most of them are generally helpful if you're not obnoxious and seem to actually be trying to improve. After all, an improving artist is potentially a new artist to draw requests in the future.
And if you are actually looking to improve, it makes the most sense to ask for help from people who actually have experience with the thing you're trying to get better at and have already had to deal with the same problems themselves. Asking people who don't draw to critique your work isn't terribly productive; they can tell you something's wrong, but not what specifically or how to fix it.
