MMD is kind of rough for getting smooth, natural animation. One thing that can help is animating more than one part of the model at a time. For example, there are a few times when a character is animated, but only move one part of their body and the rest is awkwardly stiff and robotic. It is an absolute pain in the ass, but if you give small movements to multiple parts of a limb, it'll make the models feel much less robotic. When Weiss is washing dishes in the sink, her hips can sway and her knees can bend in rhythm to make everything seem more natural. When you have close ups of faces, have the shoulders rise or lower and tilt the skull slightly. It's small, non-looping motions that take forever to program that give life to the models. Of course, that's super time consuming so very few folks make long non-dance videos. For actions that naturally loop, like a head shake, making small variations and slowing it down a bit can make it feel less weird.I feel many of the actions here were unnaturally fast.
Then again, you're the one taking time to actually create something, so there's always kudos simply for producing new content. Hope you keep up the good work.
