bakabt.com and search thru the anime titles. Also note that most anime also has corresponding manga. I recommend that you start with some of the older anime such as Cowboy Bebop and Outlaw Star. Generally, the japanese dubs are better than english dubs, but in the case of Bebop and Outlaw Star, the english dubs are better than the japanese ones. Other shows with english dub quality that may be better than the japanese versions include Those Who Hunt Elves as well as Rune Soldier.
