Review: Zero. Plot. Average Kun who's parents live abroad, or die, or whatever moves in with his sisters-except-not, and they fall in love with him. It's literally the most generic excuse plot I've ever heard of. I have to wonder if the guy who pitched the plot had his sarcasm mistaken for sincerity.
Regardless, it's an excuse plot. If you're watching Kiss X Sis, it's not for the plot, it's for the borderline H ecchi, which you will see a lot of.
Personally, I think it's contrived, poorly written, and completely unbelievable. The nukige leaves a dissatisfying feeling of pandering in my mouth. Yet every "/r/ What should I watch Next /e/?" thread always mentions their favorable experience with Kiss X Sis, so I thought it was worth including here.
Would I recommend Kiss X Sis?
If you hate plot, storyline, characterization, storytelling, suspension of disbelief, drama, suspense, comedy, believable characters, and kittens, but love nudity and predictability.
