I'd like to remind you that the matter of independently movable nipples/piercings has already been solved in my own case; the issue at hand is a bikini or piece of cloth that covers a large jiggly area, which is at risk of clipping through when moving without using AP bones or fully duplicating a physical chain to control the cloth.
