None of the local models can do a specific character out of the box like nai v3 does so you will need to search and use a lora of said character
By how the loras are made, it will struggle (less or more in some cases) to correctly follow your prompt and with every lora you add it will impact the overall style of the gen
I personally used to gen on local but after trying nai v3 I didn't look back, the workflow is just way way better on novelai and with more consistent results (character/style) across gens
