Because it learns things like "feet should be on the bottom of the screen. Girls who are naked look embarrassed or angry." The more tags you add, the more you start confusing the AI with "competing" commands, leading to a lot of stuff like the uploaded picture.
It'll be more useful when they start adding AI to actual drawing tools though, I'm sure!
