The default characters aren't in the same scale, and the three middle love lives, Kotori, Nozomi, and Umi, are all supposed to be 159cm tall, but Nozomi is bigger than the other two. The height slider was rumored to be their height in cm minus 100, but that doesn't match the defaults and you have to deal with the torso and leg sliders.
With those settings the top of default Yui's head is in the right place, but 0 is at the tips of their toes instead of their heels.
