Everything's more or less filled out on the guide. Still need to know what that number on the shirt is for, but this should be mostly usable. We're on page 8 now, hopefully I'll be at the new thread early enough to repost this link near the top (unless OP of the new thread wants to be kind enough to put it there).

Still need to figure out a way to get arms over the top-layer belts... I mostly know how to get just arms on a model, but I still end up with a vertical line where the torso would be. Maybe chibi mode would help...
