>>1997149Hey, I'm the one who posted the tutorial. Here’s some of the steps I use. There’s nothing on specific color choice, since that varies so much depending on the source and target colors. You just need to play around with it. This is only how I use layers.
I should also note that I use a drawing tablet. I don’t know how easy masking out highlights would be with a mouse, or relying on the pen tool.
