How many does/did your model have and how large is the filesize? Most versions of mine have over 430 each, and the model with 450 I tried it with (after deleting all the flip/physics morphs that are incompatible with MMD) crashed MMD as well without saying anything. 330 also crashed... long story short, 264 morphs is the magic number that it can digest in my case, while any morph over it causes it to crash. Tested with two versions that differ in clothing: maid and evening dress. The second, though, was able to take 265 on the first go, but I could not replicate it thereafter, when I went through iterational decrementing.
