Pictured is May who is a maid for Kazuya Saotome. The show has several homages for the Terminator 2 movie which was still recent history when this anime OVA series came out. The best fansub release is this one by Blitz-Orphan as it has several different STYLED SUBS and is also dual audio. When styled subs are used, the various signs and even lettered documents in the anime may have translations for them along with the traditional subs at the bottom of the screen. Media Player Classic allows you to select between the various subs and languages if available as put in by the fansub team. This fansub also has dual audio which means you can select between either japanese or english audio tracks. I've seen one fansub with 16 or so different selectable languages but that is a different story. It is up to the fansub group to add whatever features they feel are appropriate, which is why some fans pay close attention to which fansub group is working on what.
