>>2944157You're not wrong about the flat lighting. Part of that is the style weight leaning a little against more realistic lighting, but the rest is just...skill issue. Only a few posters seem to have a mastery over generating thorough darkness and bare minimum lighting, and I'm not one (I'd just resort to Photoshop sliders). At least on short notice, the best trick I know is just to put an extremely obvious light source like this--and even then, she still has some unseen light source behind her.
