Proper justification involve building a framework that make the whole "invocation system" feel more than authors laziness. You can obtain 90% of the same without outsiders, slavery market don't need to break the walls of reality for that.
Frankly, the isekai-meme is only worth MOCKING

Ranting some more: all isekai-variation is about slowly rediscovering the basic of storytelling and that's not a good thing, it's akin to going back to the stone age.
