Are they supposed to go in different folders instead of the stable-diffusion one?Those are loras, they are like patches you apply to a main model to get a specific result. If you are using some variation of the webui, they go in the models/lora folder and then you can add them to your prompt to activate them by going to the "lora" ribbon in your text2image tab and clicking on them. If you are on comfy I think there is a specific node to load them.
