Temporary reweighing does not work in the morph editing mode, but you can use BDEF4_recoat.dll from na7plugins in its place (unless you don't care about existing breast weights, in which case you can do it without the plugin). Do everything within it, then clear your new weights before exiting the plugin. It might break and fail to save if there are SDEF weights in the area.
