Leg straps are also hot but it's harder to fit them organically in a scene. It's something that would normally be fairly unnoticeable on a fully clothed person but it's highly noticeable on a naked person plus brings attention to the vagina. That's pretty hot.
For me stuff like neckties or ribbons are at risk of going in the opposite direction, like the only reason a naked person would have a necktie is if they put it on after they got naked right? So it makes the nudity feel less spontaneous and less unwanted, which detracts from the hotness. You need shoes to walk around safely but you'd only put a tie on to accessorize your nakedness.
