If you did and are only pretending to be retarded, I understand but it is quite hard to tell.
Given that the katakana is ベルゼルガ I'd literally transcribe (not even translate) as Beruzeruga, but that's not what the official translation uses. The official translation is the same as the person you are ridiculing for their translation.
Also, if you think the line-wrapping is jank, I agree and I would've done it a bit different, but it's likely a case of fitting a square peg into a round hole.
I don't have RAWS, but I imagine it was written vertically in Japanese like:
>ベ>ル>ゼ>ル>ガWith the "Good girl, good girl" being few characters on a parallel line, so the typesetter is doing some cramming here.
If anyone can provide the RAW that'd be nice, this is just an educated guess and I could be wrong.
