There's a ton of "Harem" animes but I think none which actually is set in Arabia or an Island country where the setting would justify the girls wearing such outfits all the time, which is a shame to be honest.
My guess is that there aren't too many Japanese interested in the outfits (even enough for justify their use in a fanservice anime beyond one single filler episode) and the US seems to have forgotten about it since "I dream of Jeannie".
Which is a shame because you could basically apply the "I dream of Jeannie" formula to a romance comedy anime and it would still work today, especially seeing the Japanese fixation on subservient maids and their "masters"
