To be honest - a vampire's feet, or an undead girl's feet, would probably actually not stink at all.
What makes a woman's feet stink? Feet are warm and wet, the bottom is covered in sweat glands, and they are often tucked away in socks. A warm, wet environment is perfect for bacteria. Also, there is a lot of dead skin cells present for micro organisms to eat. Thus, the environment is perfect for bacteria and microbes - lots of food, warmth, and water. So microbes flourish and multiply and eat, and when they eat they poo. The stinky smell of stinky feet is because the feet are all covered in bacteria poo.
Why does a dead body stink? Because the bacteria are having a feast eating everything, because it's decomposing.
Now, what about an undead girl's feet? Well... are undead girls warm? I dunno... maybe, maybe not. Do they sweat? I don't think so. Are they decaying? No. That's the whole point of being undead. You're not alive, but you're not dead, and thus not decaying. So an undead girl's feet would probably actually not stink at all.
