>>1772542I'd say it's due to a combination of the facial features being kind of small, and the body's big size - I think the huge tits evoke the thought of sagging a bit too much, and the dress looking really frilly/victorian/whatever is adding to that.
Might be just as simple as removing the mole, though? Who knows. Let's hope I'm not falling into the same pitfalls.
