I like Shiroganeusagi and Haik a lot otherwise, mostly because they save the majority of their work in PNG format (Because lossless is MOTHERFUCKING IMPORTANT). Naomi seems to have made a transition to PNG format as well, so I guess that works too.
As for artists I actually have some method of contact with, it'd probably be Doomfest, RiceGnat, and Emi-Tan.
