start with 2girls. sitting_on_person and sitting_on_lap sound like obvious choices for emphase here. From there it's basically praying.
One thing I noticed, fire up your booru of choice (danbooru being obvious, gelbooru is my booru of choice) and scour for characters who are in pictures together shitloads of time. I tried this with leafa and suguha from SAO, they WILL swap colors here and there but since there's tons of images of the two together, the AI knows what to do a little better.
From there it's fucking around to find the CFG sweet spot.
What also works is tags building up on each other, i.e. blonde hair, black hair, negative: multicolored hair, streaked hair
same with eyes: green eyes, red eyes, negative: heterochromia.
Don'ts: too many tags, emphasis on almost everything
Once you get something looking good in a batch, get that seed as your base and fuck around with the "extra" and variation seeds.
