I save the ones I like and organise them into folders. If I see a good thread I'll use DownloadThemAll to put them all into a folder, and then go through later deleting any rubbish. Sometimes I go through all my folders, cherry pick the best images, and add them into the backgrounds folder which rotates as desktop background. But only when I'm living alone.
